Jim took the dogs out for their early evening walkies and saw the Border Force vessel Vigilant out in The Roads - at this time it turned out that they had sent their RIB to the quay to search the yacht Windrose which had been towed in by the lifeboat from SW of Bishop Rock Lighthouse.
This was the  beginning of a very unusual drama for Scilly
