As we walked towards The Quay, we were pleased to see it had now been opened to the public again. The UK Border Agency vessel Vigilant was still alongside whilst the Police investigations into last nights incident were taking place. When we reached the quay, we were told that the Dutch yachtsman had died after jumping/falling from the mast whilst his boat was being searched.
